Hello Theresa,
Looking to connect with expats. My fiance and I are coming to Merida in March and desire to make contact with others who have moved there. Any info you could share about your own experiences would be great :-) What area do you live in? We are possibly going to rent a home in Santiago area, we have seen pictures and it looks very nice and the price is nice as well. Thank you for reading and considering responding back. When I was about that age, I called my doctor's nurse - screaming about the "body shape change"... she laughed and said to come on down - she'd give me hormone replacement therapy... That set me off again! I already smoke cigarettes - that's bad enough - but she wanted me to actually swallow a known carcinogen??? I think NOT!  She laughed and told me that I was just going to have to "live with it"... its 20 years later, and I'm still living with it and still mad-about-it... LOL

We're home...I am now visiting my sister in Toronto...had a haircut and we should have done a before and after.  I'm short again and love it.  Meanwhile, Russ is home doing things to get the house ready for market.  We have an app't. with the re on Wed. and will discuss what we can get for the house and what we need to do to stage it.  We've been doing stuff already...cleaning up the excess stuff.  I left nine bags for the recycling program just this week.  Feels good to unload.  Meanwhile, we had a lovely time in Puerto Morales.  The room we stayed in was funky but had a great view of the water.  We love Mexico!  Regards to Duke.

We are enjoying our stay here and have not forgotten about contacting you and Duke...Will call when we return from Celestun around the 26th and hopefully we can get togethern once more before we leave...brunch was wonderful
