I noticed when I uploaded some pictures that the "blond uni-person with blue shirt" icon appeared rather than a thumbnail of the picture. I opened the pictures and they were huge !!!! I deleted those pictures from the site. I will figure out how to ensure the size (pixels & Kb) of the pictures stay under the guidelines. Question: Does the "blond uni-person with blue shirt" icon prompt some sort of a reply/response from the administrator to the poster to re-size the picture. It's a hint...if you open the picture up, you will get wallpaper on your monitor, right. Just a question! I am looking at the latest approved pic now up and it's the "blond.......big pic. Does it stay or get re-sized?

It should be getting resized, but it's not, for some reason. Almost all image-related issues can be resolved by resizing your photos to 1024x768 or smaller before uploading... a good free tool for this is http://www.picresize.com/

Thanks for the link. I will go through my Merida pictures and resize them before I post.
