My husband is having a car shipped to progreso next week out of Panama City- We need to know how to clear through customs there? He has his FM3 but will not be in the area - Can we get someone who will actually clear it through customs? I will be in the area but the car is in his name and I do not have an FM3? Any suggestions would help!!! THANKS JENNIFER
