I read Working Gringa's article about How to Eat a Mango... Does anybody know where to find mango forks in Yucatan? Hate to have to order them from San Antonio, TX.

A "mango fork?" I have never heard of such a thing.
 I use the tried-and-true method of ripping the skin with my teeth, and then mashing the whole thing into my face, which carries with it the side benefit of leaving your face sticky and refreshed.
