Rent at $400.00 us per month includes all utilities . Ideal for longer term vacationers or those needing a place while they have construction completed. Located on the bus route to Centro. Have added some pictures. Copy this link to view. Fred has added weekly maid service and all utilities to the listing rental but has increased to monthly rate to 400.00 us . Still a very good deal.
