My father told me that when he was young, they made him walk with a book on his head to improve his posture. The lady looks like she has good posture.

Amazing Balance!  I have seen guys on the beach when it is windy balancing things on their heads and never missing a step.  I wonder if they are using some type of secret Velcro LOL
