The Zamná (so named for the Mayan God of Knowledge) returned 2 days ago to its embarcation port, Progreso, after a 5-month long trans-Atlantic journey which officially ended in Greece after 27 ports of call. The journey, called "The Child, The Sea and The Peace," sought to deliver a message of peace and acceptance at each port of call. Last night, my wife Cristy and I tried a new restaurant called, "Shaolin Oriental Food," located in Colonia Mexico, on Calle 21. This year, I had the tremendous joy of seeing a few local expats in full holiday sprit. Spear headed by beachstarzand sarge the 2009 Chelem toy drive was amazing.
