Hi.  I am looking for ideas on where to get inexpensive small to medium size cardboard boxes.  If you have moved recently and have some lying around - we will come get them pronto. Back in California, I would go dumpster diving to get great used boxes but I am unsure I can do that here or where would I do that.  Have you found a store that sells them cheaper than Walmart, FedEx or Home Depot?  We live in Centro, Merida.

Around here in Canada, a lot of people get free boxes from liquor stores. And how about grocery stores?

Thanks, Dave. Your suggestion reminded me that a friend of ours owns the local liquor store down the street.  That will work.
