Darci, my dad is wanting to come to Chelem with me, driving down the old truck. I think I read your mom was there with you, how did she fair in the heat? My dad is 72 and we do not have air conditioning in the house so I am a little concerned about that.
We are currently living in Lloydminster and have a home in Chelem. Waiting for this one to sell to move there full time. I would really like to meet you when we get there. You are my hero right now I hope you know, I have been wallowing because my other half will still need to work in Canada and only be there once a month. You are giving me courage. So glad to read about all your adventures so far in Merida! It snowed a bit here last night, but now it's sunny and all melted. However, I have to get a few last-minute things done for the dogs and chickens to make it a little warmer for them before it starts getting really cold (drat!)
